You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business use only. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Crayzoxplum.
6. User-Generated Content
Our services may allow users to submit, post, or transmit content, including but not limited to comments, feedback, and suggestions ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant crayzoxplum a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content is accurate, not confidential, and does not violate any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights.
crayzoxplum is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and assumes no liability for any content submitted by you or any third party. We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
7. Payment Terms
Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided on the Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and fees).
If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services until payment is received. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect fees already paid.
8. Service Modifications
crayzoxplum reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that crayzoxplum will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.
We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. Any new features that augment or enhance the current services shall also be subject to these Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the services after any modifications to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall crayzoxplum, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
In no event shall crayzoxplum’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the services and destroy any copies of the materials obtained from the services.
